Epic One Click Capture — Privacy Policy

Epic One Click Capture is a companion browser extension for the Epic One AI assistant, operated by Hearken.ai, a Good Time Andys LLC brand. It exists for one purpose: while you record a business process for Epic One, it notes when you click or right-click on the ERP websites you have listed, so a screenshot can be taken from your recording at those exact moments.

What the extension collects

• The timestamp of each click or right-click, and which of the two it was — nothing else.
• Only on websites you have explicitly listed in the extension popup. On every other site the extension records nothing and sends nothing.
• It never collects page content, screenshots, URLs, keystrokes, form data, or mouse positions.

Where the data goes

Click timestamps are sent only to your own company's Epic One server (an epicone.hearken.ai subdomain), authenticated with your own Epic One login. They are used solely to select screenshot moments in your recordings and are subject to the Epic One privacy policy. No data is sent to any third party, sold, or used for advertising.

Storage

The extension stores your settings (capture on/off, your site list, your server address) and your Epic One session token locally in your browser's extension storage. Signing out of Epic One invalidates the token.
