Epic One is an AI assistant for manufacturing project managers, operated by Hearken.ai, a Good Time Andys LLC brand ("we", "us"). This policy describes what information we collect from Epic One users and how we use and protect it.
We use your information only to operate Epic One for your company: answering your requests, sending you the notifications you asked for, securing the service, and billing your company. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
If you provide your mobile number, Epic One can converse with you by SMS: you text the assistant and receive replies, plus occasional status notifications for tasks you initiated. Message frequency varies with your usage. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services that enable delivery of the messages themselves.
We share information only with the service providers required to run Epic One (cloud hosting, message delivery, and AI processing), each bound to use it only to provide their service to us, and when required by law. Your conversations and business data are visible to your own company's account and to no other customer.
Data is retained while your company's account is active and deleted or returned on request when service ends. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and each customer's data is isolated on dedicated infrastructure.
