Epic One is an AI assistant for manufacturing project managers, operated by Hearken.ai, a Good Time Andys LLC brand. By using Epic One — on the web, in the mobile app, or by text message — you agree to these terms.

The Service

Epic One answers questions and performs tasks against your company's business systems on your behalf. Access is provided through your company's subscription; your company administrator controls who is registered. You are responsible for the instructions you give the assistant, and changes to your company's business systems may require an approval step before they are carried out.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

When you provide your mobile number in your Epic One profile, you consent to receive text messages from Epic One: replies to your own requests and occasional status notifications for tasks you initiated.
Message frequency varies with your usage of the service.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@hearken.ai.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You may use Epic One only for your company's legitimate business purposes and only with systems and data your company has authorized you to access.
